Returns Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, we’re here to help.

Return Period:

You may return items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

• Returns must be requested first via contact@novaebikes.ie before sending any item back.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item (for example, for a different model), please contact us first to confirm availability.

Non-Returnable Items:

We cannot accept returns on used items, sale items, or gift cards.

Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
